How will a Doula support your birth?
Here is what my doula packages include.

Emotional & Informational.

As your doula, my top priority is ensuring that you are informed about all the options and rights available to you regarding your body and your baby. I provide you with the latest information, evidence-based knowledge, and guidance based on my experience to help you make the best decisions for yourself.

During your pregnancy, you can count on me to be just a phone call away, ready to answer any questions you may have, no matter how small. Whether you're wondering about ways to sleep better at night or if you're experiencing Braxton Hicks or real contractions, I am here to help. And if I don't have the answer, I will make sure to connect you with someone who does.

Preparation & Reassurance.

The journey of pregnancy and birth is an unpredictable one, full of new discoveries and challenges. Having a supportive companion who has experienced it themselves and supported others can provide a sense of safety and comfort, even in the face of uncertainty.

I am here to be that voice of encouragement, offering guidance and reassurance when you need it most. Whether it's a strong nudge to trust your instincts or a gentle reminder to focus on your breath, I will be by your side throughout this journey, no matter what it may bring.

Physical & Practical.

Labor and birth can be a constantly shifting experience. What worked before may not be effective in another stage of labor. As your doula, I am prepared to provide comfort and create a calm birthing space with each new shift. I use a variety of techniques, such as acupressure, movement, aromatherapy, rebozo relaxations, and breathing guidance, to ensure your comfort and involve your partner in the process.

Pregnancy

3 hands-on prenatal preparation sessions (more if necessary)
Together, we'll explore your birth preferences, build our relationship, and practice different comfort measures. I'll guide you through physical exercises to support you in pregnancy and prepare your body for birth, and we'll cover important prenatal education topics. You'll also have access to continuous support via phone, email, and/or WhatsApp during office hours, as well as my full list of resources including worksheets, handouts, books, and podcasts on all things related to pregnancy, birth, and baby.

Labour & Birth Support

From the moment you need me, whether you give birth at home, hospital, or a birth hotel, I will provide continuous support throughout active labor, birth, and the newborn golden hour, and only leave when absolutely necessary.

I offer on-call support 24/7 between 38 and 42+ weeks of gestation, and in the rare event of two births overlapping with yours, my trusted backup doula colleague will be there to support you. Please rest assured that I do not take on more than three births a month, so you can be confident that you will receive the attention and care you deserve.

Postpartum catch-up

1 postpartum session at your home (more if necessary)
within the first week after birth we will reflect and process on your birth experience, provide gentle care to support healing, share relevant resources, discussing breastfeeding support options if needed and more.
